With over 200 directly employed personnel across the UK, Stuarts are committed to providing adequate resource to reflect its firm commitment to their staff.

With full time employed in-house health & safety and training officers, Stuarts are fully committed to the CSCS skilled and competence workforce scheme, currently demonstrating 100% compliance (with the exception of newly employed personnel) and are able to offer NVQ qualifications in specialist areas to our workforce.

With a low staff turnover and many employees with over twenty years of service, Stuart’s staff demonstrate the continuity that offers assurance to our customers and clients.
